Need a structure?

• Situation: Talk about a barrier or challenge from your life that you feel comfortable with (recommended duration: 30 sec).
• Task:  Explain what you did in clear, confident and accountable language (recommended duration: 30 sec).
• Action: Break down the steps you took to resolve the challenge/ situation. Feel free to use phrases such as “firstly”, “next”, and “after that” to organize your actions (recommended duration: 30 sec)..
• Result: Explain the growth/positive change/ development/ solution in clear language. Quantify the result if possible (recommended duration: 30 sec).
• Remember to use five action verbs at least.
• Try to avoid fillers “ah,mm,…” as much as possible.
