What you did in Lesson B
In this lesson, you:
- Read true-to-life worker stories and saw how people faced barriers such as language, documents, experience, stereotypes, and technology.
- Noticed the barriers, actions, and results in each story and connected them to the STAR structure: Situation, Task, Action, Result.
- Practised vocabulary for resilience and growth, including words like persistent, adapted, underestimated, resolved, proactive, and resilient.
- Started to think about how your own experiences could become clear STAR stories that show your strengths to employers.
