Gather Your Content from Past Milestones
This is a quick preparation step (about 5–8 minutes). Nothing is submitted here. You are simply organizing your ideas so your bio revision is easier and faster.

Why prepare before revising your bio?
In your live session with Maria, you already:
- Created a professional timeline of your main roles, studies, and experiences.
- Wrote a third-person professional bio (for example: “Hind is a graphic designer…”).
- Practiced using clear, specific language to describe your work and achievements.
In this milestone, you will refine your bio and convert it into a first-person introduction that you can use in interviews and networking. Before we revise, let’s gather the key pieces from past milestones so your story feels complete and organized.
Preparation Checklist
Use this checklist to make sure you have everything you need. You do not need to write long answers here—just check each item when you are ready.
From earlier milestones
I opened or reviewed my employability story from Milestone 1 (who I am as a worker and what matters to me).
I reviewed my list of transferable skills from Milestone 2 (for example: communication, problem-solving, teamwork).
I chose at least one STAR story or success example from Milestone 3 that shows my impact at work, in volunteering, or in study.
I opened my résumé map and draft résumé from Milestone 4 to see my main roles, skills, and achievements.
From your live bio workshop with Maria
I have my third-person bio draft open (in Google Docs or another file), including any comments or suggestions from Maria.
I can see the chronological order of my story (present role first, then past experience, then future goals).
I am ready to improve this bio (not start from zero) and later change it into a first-person version for interviews.
It is completely okay if your bio is not perfect yet. This lesson is about revision, clarity, and practice. Mistakes are part of the learning process.
Up next: Draft and revise your interview-ready bio
In the next activity, you will:
- Use a short worksheet to organize your sentences and strengthen your bio.
- Focus on clear, specific language that shows what you actually do and have achieved.
- Prepare to convert your third-person bio into a first-person version you can say naturally in interviews.
Suggested time for this screen: about 5–8 minutes. When most of the boxes above feel true for you, continue to the next step.
