Milestone 7 extends that work by focusing on what happens next in real workplaces: situations where expectations are unclear, priorities conflict, or professional relationships require boundaries. You will practice choosing responses that protect your credibility and reputation in both digital and in-person settings.

Milestone summary:

You will read rich professional texts, watch a short expert video, complete quick comprehension checks, and analyze realistic workplace dialogues. You will compare strong vs weak professional responses and practice decision-making in scenarios involving feedback, pressure, boundaries, and professional conduct. Optional activities are available for additional practice.
